The name Iceland is not what it seems. It is normally green not snowy or icy. It has a beautiful landscape and is just a beautiful island. In Iceland there are some houses that are called turf houses. These are traditional icelandic traditional turf houses. Traditional turf houses were created cause of the lack of trees. THe language of Iceland is surprisingly icelandic. Iceland has a population of 317,593 people in a land area of 39,770 square miles. THe GDP per capita is $36,873.

Hawaii

Hawaii is a great place to visit. One place you can visit is the tallest mountain in hawaii named Mauna Kea. It elevates 13,803 feet and is one of five inactive volcanoes. The population of hawaii is about 1,288,198 in a land area of about 10,931 square miles. Hawaii is located in the pacific ocean. the native languages are english and hawaiian and also hawaiian pidgin.

Rome, Italy

In Rome you can go visit many places!! One of those places are the Colosseum. The colosseum is an elliptical amphitheatre in the center of Rome. The construction started in 70 to 72A.D. and was completed in 80A.D. for gladiator fights. It is estimated that about 500,000 people and over a million wild animals died in the colosseum. All of the damages to the outside and inside is from devastating earthquakes over the ages. Rome has an estimated population of 2,731,996 in a land area of 496.3 square miles. The GDP per capita is $38,996. The body of water near it is the red sea.

Canada

In Canada there are a group of indigenous people called the Kwakwaka'wakw. These peoples language is Kwak'wala. Although the people shared the same language each nation considers itself as a separate independent nation. In recent years the Kwakwaka'wakw have been revitalizing their culture and language. If you go to Thunderbird Park you will see a red cedar totem pole made by Chief Tony Hunt. In Canada they have many languages, but the two main languages are English and French. There are about 34,030,000 million people in a land area of about 3,854,085 square miles. In Canada the GDP per capita is $45,085. On the east of Canada is the Atlantic ocean and on the west is the Pacific ocean.

Egypt is hot but has many interesting places you can visit. One of those places are the Pyramids of Giza. The pyramids of Giza is also called the pyramid of Khufu and the pyramid of Cheops. The full name of the pharaoh is Giza Necropolis. As with all the pyramids it was constructed to house his corpse and hold his various items. The pyramids of Giza are the oldest of the seven wonders of the world. The official language of Egypt is Arabic. In Egypt there are 77,420,000 million people in a land area of 387,048 square miles. With that many people the GDP per capita is only $5,896. The nile river goes through Egypt and it cuts Egypt in half.
